We were delighted with the work that Oaktree carried out for GCT at our new office in Welwyn Garden City. We had no experience of fitting out an office, but with help from Steve, Carl, Naomi and Glenn we've mangaged to delivery an office for our team which we can be very proud of, they love it.

We were helped with general concept plans including a detailed budget, choosing furniture, fittings and design. Plans were amended along the way, the additions and subtractions were transparent from a budget point of view.

When it came to the build the project managemenmt aspects were truly excellent, they certainly went beyond my expectations, A special word for Glenn our Project Manager and his team who did a great job, nothing was too much trouble.

I wouldn't hesitaite to recommend Oaktree and happy to speak to anyone considering using them.

Really proud to present our completed office and staff facilities, this has been a labour of love for us to design with the help of Oaktree Interiors. We always wanted a modern office, but at the same time, it was important that we used this space to celebrate our rich and long history. Floor to ceiling murals and a timeline running up the staircase really brings the place to life. The mural of Florrie packing small packs of flour, circa 1950 sits in the staff breakout area. We wanted to make sure the facilities were great for all the staff, make it a place people wanted to come and work, hopefully, we have achieved it!

Just as the first UK lockdown kicked in, in mid-2020, we found ourselves having to move our EMEA head office, based in the UK, to a new location. In the recent past, we had a great end-to-end experience with the Oaktree team. So we had no hesitation at all in selecting them as our lead partners for fitting out our new office building. The Oaktree team took our blank canvas, our needs for a changing working environment, and their knowledge of our culture, to produce some brilliant and innovative designs, suitable for us to work in a dyanamic and secure environment. We had a great dialogue – all done remotely – with the team and they quickly started work on our new offices. The challenges they clearly faced, were extraordinary but they are an extraordinary team. The Oaktree team worked very hard and achieved the handover of the beautifully designed and built offices on time and within budget. These are major achievements. But sometimes, the true test of a team is not just what they achieved, but how they achieved it. The Oaktree team worked very well with us, their client, as you would expect. But after they had left the site, the building receptionists made the specific point of saying to me how much they had appreciated the good manners and great communication of the Oaktree team and, in their words, "they would miss them". The Oaktree team had made sure that disruption to everyone on site, was kept to an absolute minimum, and had made good friends in the process! I am delighted to recommend the Oaktree team to you.
