The Solution

The works comprised of modifying their entrance area and creating a new reception. A flexible meeting zone was requested which would accommodate both multiple medium to small meetings as well as being able to open up to enable much larger “town hall"style meetings. This was particularly helpful when the space was designated for training and staff gatherings. We designed and installed new WC facilities, a beverage area and a relaxed lounge environment for informal conversations and general collaboration. Several of the finishes were bespoke.

What Oaktree Delivered

We modified the existing entrance area and created a new, colourful, modern reception area. We created a flexible meeting zone, as requested, which accommodates small to medium meetings. The meeting space can also open up, to enable much larger “town hall” style meetings. New WC facilities were designed and installed, as well as a tea point and a relaxed break-out space to allow for informal conversations and general collaboration. Many of the finishes for their new office were bespoke.
