Lavender Medical was relocating to a new facility on Blackhorse Road in Letchworth. The property they'd acquired
was an empty commercial shell - bare walls, basic infrastructure and nothing fitted out. They needed a complete transformation into a fully operational workspace and warehouse facility that could
support their medical operations immediately upon move-in.
The project needed to deliver:
Having seen Oaktree's work in the area, Lavender Medical approached us to deliver the complete fit-out from empty shell to operational facility.
We began by assessing the bare commercial space and creating a design that would deliver both functional warehouse operations and professional office facilities.
Specialised Warehouse Build-Out
We constructed a complete warehouse section from the ground up, including storage systems, logistics space and all operational infrastructure they needed for efficient day-to-day operations.
Full Medical & Electrical Installation
New heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems were installed throughout the entire facility - both warehouse and office areas. The entire electrical infrastructure was built from scratch, including power, lighting and data systems designed to support their work.
Branded Integration
Custom manifestations were created for internal glass partitions and external fascia signage, carrying Lavender Medical's brand identity throughout the space. This creates a professional appearance from the street and reinforces brand identity internally.
Staff Facilities
A dedicated breakout area was designed to provide a comfortable space away from workstations where the team could decompress and connect during breaks.
Flexible Workspace
Open-plan desk areas were created to support day-to-day operations, complemented by dedicated meeting rooms designed for various needs – client conversations, internal team discussions and confidential meetings.
Throughout the project, our project manager maintained close coordination with Lavender Medical’s team, ensuring the build progressed smoothly and all requirements were met.
