As we only fitted out their previous office space a couple of years ago, our client was keen to reuse furniture and a few décor items, therefore we got to work designing their new space to accommodate these requirements.
In the new office, we incorporated enough variety of seating space for staff to take breaks or have informal meetings, as well as providing private Boardrooms for client and staff meetings.
Noise reduction was important so we installed a white noise to be played throughout the open-plan space to minimise sound travel.
A fresh, bright breakout area was created with feature ceiling baffles and a herringbone flooring design.
Upon entering the office we created a modern, eye-catching ‘Mud Room’ for employees and visitors to wash their hands and sanitise. Avoiding the clinical look, we made sure to design a space that was inviting, dark and cosy, and incorporated biophilic features to ensure the space was connected with the outdoors.
