Sun Hung Kai Financial (UK)Previously known as North Square Blue Oak Limited, Sun Hung Kai Financial was founded in 2003 and provides its services to leading global institutional investors throughout Europe, the United States, Hong Kong and Singapore. They are a member of the London Stock Exchange and have a pre-existing office in London. They also operate from Beijing and specialise in serving large and medium-sized institutions with AUM (Assets Under Management) that exceed $2bn (US). Aside from its signature products–including China macro policy research–Sun Hung Kai Financial also offer specialist equity execution trading services that cover the markets in Europe, Asia and the United States.
The Requirement
Their new 2700 sq ft office is based on Cannon Street in the heart of London’s financial district.
Oaktree was asked to create a modern, contemporary office environment for Sun Hung Kai Financial, which reflected its brand and corporate identity. We aimed to provide them with a comprehensive solution that had been developed together, stage by stage and with no surprises.
What Oaktree Delivered
We created meeting rooms, a large boardroom, informal meeting areas, a new reception area, an open plan area for 30 members of staff, and a breakout area for the staff to relax in. We also installed new furniture throughout the office, to fit with the look and feel. The project was finished in 8 weeks, to a very high standard, that our client was very happy with.
